We offer a very professional management service, to property owners, giving the owner peace of mind, that their property is being cared for to a very high standard during their absence.
Property management duties include:
- Arrange for the meeting and greeting of the guests.
- Contact guests during their stay, to assist with any questions they might have.
- Arrange Taxi transfers (the guests will pay).
- Arrange for car hire for guests if requested.
- Arrange a basic welcome pack for the guests on arrival.
- Ensure the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with standard items, such as:- sugar, salt, pepper, toilet roll in each bathroom, bath soap, washing up liquid, etc.
- Hire and monitor a maid to clean the house to a very high standard.
- Buy supplies as and when required.
- Arrange to have repairs and maintenance work carried out efficiently.
- Arrange to have utility bills paid.
- Organize a pre and after season clean, and ensure all soft furnishings are put away, or covered.
- Arrange laundry service.
- Arrange pool care and maintenance if required.
- Arrange and monitor a gardener if required.
- Winter visits to ensure the property is aired.
Any further duties can be arranged at the owners request.
