Roula Rouva

Roula Rouva is the Founder and Managing Director of the company. Roula’s first acquaintance with the Tourism sector happened in her very early years when she was appointed in managing the family business on the beautiful island of Corfu, in the North West.

In later years, she shifted her interest into the Real Estate field and she founded the Roula Rouva Real Estate Agency in 2003. Back then, she was mainly dealing with foreigners and she was focusing only on the North part of Corfu, as it was a single handed office and she was assisting the clients by herself. Growing into a well established team, Roula Rouva Real Estate is now the largest agency in Corfu as it consists of a team of 20 agents who are covering the whole island from North to South and from East to West.

Roula has a Bachelor in Public Relations and Communication and a Masters in Travel and Tourism and speaks English and German as well as Greek. Roula is a proud Founder of an extremely well bonded team, always maintaining the “family” spirit within the team and always striving in focusing on her people’s best characteristics. She has been given the title of “Woman Leader in Business” and she has received distinction regarding the way she conducts business. Her love and compassion in combination with her sharp mind and natural business talent have set her ahead of the competition.

Roula as a shining example of a leader, was asked to be an official speaker by the Ionian University for the first TEDx event that was organized in Corfu. Roula keeps a very active role in the company, being responsible for the investment projects and the 5* hotels that are for sale as well as being the leader who guides and encourages us all.
