Yesterday 11 June 2022 we finally had the opportunity to have our key handover for our wonderful house in Agros (Corfu Greece). Эта поездка была подарком моей дочери. Я приехала и влюбилась в остров . Полюбила с первого взгляда его улочки, его моря , красивые пляжи с чистейшей водой , эту еду , которую с любовью готовят жители Корфу в своих тавернах. Продукты все органические,  натуральные и все местное изумительно настоящее. Атмосфера острова исцеляет.  А еще здесь есть покровитель острова Спиридон , его нетленные мощи находятся в одноименном храме в старом городе .поэтому здесь у всех всегда сбываются мечты )Я отдыхала на Корфу каждое лето до начала пандемии. И очень хотела иметь здесь в собственность недвижимость.И вот когда я завершила сделку с продажей недвижимости в Украине , я поняла что не могу купить ничего заграницей потому что везде был локдаун  .Я искала решение , спрашивала у знакомых и мне порекомендовали Наталью.  Я поговорила с ней и почувствовала , что могу ей доверять  в покупке онлайн.Нырнула не раздумывая в процесс приобретения недвижимости .Все произошло на высшем уровне.Мы делали онлайн просмотры недвижимости . We’ve travelled a lot as a family but we kept coming back to Corfu.We love the island - its welcoming people, its beautiful scenery and its greenness, its special bays, its gorgeous villages and its food. Getting around is easy - nowhere’s very far from anywhere else and  the public transport’s reliable and inexpensive.A few years ago, we decided we wanted to spend as much time as we could there and started to look for possibilities. For us, Roula Rouva was the go-to real estate agency - the island’s biggest, in fact, with a portfolio to suit all ambitions and pockets.We browsed long & hard online (everything’s easy to access, with lots of information about what’s currently on offer, as well as that all-important information about Corfu itself).With the UK sadly leaving the EU, we needed to find somewhere fairly quickly and Roula Tziliou, Natalia Tsiro Rouva & the team stepped up to the task with the friendliness visitors to Kerkyra are used to finding wherever they go.
