Ioanna Vlachopoulou
Ioanna Vlachopoulou was born and raised on the island of Paxos, where she has built strong personal and professional ties throughout her life.
She studied Interior Design and Interior Architecture at the Velios School of Art and later expanded her education by earning a Life Coaching Diploma from Coaching Evolution International. She also completed the professional certification program “Psychotherapy: Theory and Practice” at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). Ioanna is fluent in both English and Italian.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the tourism industry, she has worked across virtually every sector of hospitality and travel, including accommodation, property rentals, transportation services, car rentals, ferry operations, and seaplanes. She was among the pioneers who helped introduce the seaplane industry in Greece, contributing to one of the country’s most innovative transportation initiatives.
In 2014, she founded New Plans S.A. Tourism Enterprises in Paxos, providing high-quality tourism and hospitality services while establishing a strong reputation for professionalism and personalized client care.
In 2026, she expanded her professional journey into real estate by launching New Prosperty Real Estate in partnership with Roula Rouva | Forbes Global Properties. This move was a natural progression of her extensive tourism background and her studies in interior architecture, allowing her to combine local expertise, design insight, and exceptional client service. Today, she specializes in helping clients discover outstanding real estate opportunities in Paxos and the Ionian Islands, delivering a seamless experience for buyers, investors, and those seeking a Mediterranean lifestyle.

Forte de près de 30 ans d’expérience dans le secteur du tourisme, elle a exercé dans presque tous les domaines de l’industrie touristique, notamment l’hébergement, les locations, les transports, la location de voitures, les liaisons maritimes et les hydravions. Elle a fait partie des pionniers ayant contribué au développement du transport en hydravion en Grèce.
En 2014, elle a fondé New Plans S.A. Tourism Enterprises à Paxos, proposant des services touristiques et d’hospitalité de grande qualité.
En 2026, elle a élargi son activité au secteur de l’immobilier en créant New Prosperty Real Estate, en partenariat avec Roula Rouva | Forbes Global Properties. Ioanna Vlachopoulou wurde auf der Insel Paxos geboren und ist dort aufgewachsen. Sie kennt die Region bis ins Detail und ist sowohl privat als auch beruflich eng mit ihr verbunden.
Sie studierte Innenarchitektur und Interior Design an der Velios School of Art und absolvierte anschließend eine Ausbildung zum Life Coach bei Coaching Evolution International. Darüber hinaus schloss sie das Zertifikatsprogramm „Psychotherapie – Theorie und Praxis“ an der Nationalen und Kapodistrias-Universität Athen erfolgreich ab. Sie spricht fließend Englisch und Italienisch.
Mit nahezu 30 Jahren Erfahrung in der Tourismusbranche war sie in nahezu allen Bereichen des Gastgewerbes tätig – von Unterkünften und Ferienvermietungen über Transportdienstleistungen und Autovermietungen bis hin zu Fährverbindungen und Wasserflugzeugen. Sie gehörte zu den Pionieren der Einführung des Wasserflugverkehrs in Griechenland.
Im Jahr 2014 gründete sie auf Paxos die New Plans S.A. Tourism Enterprises, die hochwertige Dienstleistungen im Tourismus- und Gastgewerbe anbietet.
2026 erweiterte sie ihre berufliche Tätigkeit um den Immobiliensektor und gründete New Prosperty Real Estate in Zusammenarbeit mit Roula Rouva | Forbes Global Properties. Dank ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung im Tourismus sowie ihres Fachwissens im Bereich Innenarchitektur begleitet sie Käufer und Investoren kompetent bei der Suche nach außergewöhnlichen Immobilien auf Paxos und den Ionischen Inseln.
