Being a member of CEPI – European Association of Real Estate Professions is a great honor for our agency. CEPI is an association established in Brussels in 1990 as an international non-profit organisation. Its members are national associations based in Europe representing estate agents and property managers. The mission of the association is to support European and cross-border real estate transactions by developing the work and activities of real estate professionals with the interests of the consumer in mind.
The association aims to raise standards in the real estate professions, promoting that real estate brokerage and property management be conducted by qualified professionals with high ethical standards.

Ambassador of Doctors of the World ( Medecins du Monde)
We pride ourselves on our team spirit and our willingness to provide any kind of help we can to our society. This spirit has its roots in our company’s Founder and Managing Director, Ms Roula Rouva , who is an active member of the local community and always ready to undertake any task that she can in order to upgrade any sector of the community either locally or nationally.
After meeting the General Manager of the Medecins du Monde of Greece, Ms Evgenia Thanou , at the TEDx event where both ladies were key speakers, Ms Thanou appreciated Ms Rouva’s passion for sharing and helping and thus the proposal of appointing her as the Ambassador of the Doctors of the Word Greece came. Ms Rouva accepted this honoring title with respect and gratitude and promised to make sure that the charity work of Medecins du Monde will be supported and spread in the best possible way.

Our team was formed by Ms Roula Rouva, the Founder and Managing Director of the company, a woman with a strong belief in one’s inner power and supporter of the motto “if you can dream it , you can do it”. This feeling of constantly working on yourself and improving your skills is spread amongst our team, as you need to believe that you can be the best version of yourself in order to become it. This has made our team become stronger every year, both mentally and professionally and able to achieve our goals, which are always set higher each year.
This way of mentoring has not gone unnoticed, as you need a great leader in order to have a winning team. For this reason, Ms Rouva was asked by the curators of the Corfiot Tedx to take part as a speaker in order to share her story with graduates and young professionals in order to convey her experience and spread the belief of “Sky’s the limit”.
TEDx brings the spirit of TED’s mission of ideas worth spreading to local communities around the globe. TEDx events are organized by curious individuals who seek to discover ideas and spark conversations in their own community.
We are very proud to be part of the first Tedx event in Corfu, organized by an amazing team of students from the Ionian University and it is a great honor for us, to have Ms Rouva as our leader. A woman who started this company alone and today is invited by the Ionian University to share her knowledge.

The donation, which will be made equally by the buyer – seller, will be certified and proven by the thank you letter you will receive from Doctors of the World, with the donation of 25 Euros deposited under your name.

International Property Awards – Real Estate & Marketing – 2020-2021
The International Property Awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe.
They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.
The awards are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, UK and USA. Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines.
We entered the competition for the first time in 2016 and we have been awarded every year since then. We are very happy that we continued our journey this year with European Property Awards and received a five star award for the entry Best Real Estate Marketing in Greece and a nomination to compete with Europe’s best.

We warmly thank all those who responded to the first call of Doctors of the World and honored us with your presence at the Christmas charity gala that took place on Thursday, December 19, 2019. The revenue from this beautiful evening will be donated to support the Open Center for psychosocial support of children and adolescents.
It was our special pleasure that this beautiful evening the CEO of our Group Mrs. Roula Rouva was proclaimed ambassador of Greece to the Doctors of the World.
