Spiros Koursaris

My name is Spiros Koursaris and I am proud to be part of the “Roula Rouva” team.

I am very happy to offer my deep knowledge on the construction section which goes back to 1985 when I first started my journey to the exciting world of property. I am based in North Corfu, in the area of Karousades having my own construction office since 1985. My experience expands in the field of residential and commercial construction, renovations or building from scratch.
My portfolio includes from small houses to big hotels and I am comfortable in using different kind of materials – from soil to concrete, wood and stone. My team and I also do landscape gardening in case you would like to take care of your outdoor space.

My dedication and love for property led me to my second specialty, the one of the Real Estate Agent. The trust of my customers has helped me in combining the two with success.
