We had planned this trip to Corfu, with the intent to find a plot so we could build our home.

When we arrived, we encountered some difficulties and were not successful. Since this trip was essential for our future and we only had a few days to scout the area, we started looking for other real estate companies that could help us in a short notice. We were so lucky to find Roula Tziliou from Roula Rouva Real Estate, because despite having such a short notice and limited information we provided in a rush, she was able to put together a list of potential plots to visit the following day.

Roula was exceptional and professional. She made us feel so welcome and at peace with the process. She was like a friend who was showing us around and understood our needs.

Roula went the extra mile and really made us feel like family. Besides showing us the properties, she took the time to show us around town, explained many things about local life in Corfu, and we had a chance to get useful insight of what our future life would be in this beautiful island.

Once we found the plot, we thought was the one, Roula took us back to see the property so we could be 100% sure and spend many hours answering questions, introducing us to key people who would eventually be involved in the buying process, construction process, and more.

After we returned to our country, Roula handled the negotiation process. She was always looking after both parties’ interest and she helped us arrive to a win-win result.

We have stayed in touch with Roula and she continues to care and be helpful in any way possible.
