There’s everything from exquisite stone & tile merchants to wine retailers, bakeries, butchers, fruit & vegetables & garage services.Once we had chosen our dream house the purchase procedure went very smoothly and quickly for us. We were kept up to date with all developments throughout the conveyancing process and we were told the relationship with Roula Rouva is for life. They are there to help with anything we may need such as gardeners, builder, electrician etc.At Roula Rouva, you get the whole package - from building services to their in-house legal department - big thanks to Georgia & Vikki for getting the paperwork done, handling our residency applications & setting up our banking, electricity & water services & community charges.The company’s professional to a tee. From the moment I met Ioanna, I knew in my heart that I was in safe and very capable hands. I had arrived in Paxos alone and on a mission - to find my dream home on Paxos - the heavenly island I had been visiting for many years. Naturally I was anxious about the paperwork involved and not being able to speak Greek !I originally made contact with the Roula Rouva office in Lakka after I had seen some properties on their website. We arranged to meet in lovely Loggos and Ioanna drove me around. She knows the island like the back of her hand and everywhere we went she was greeted by friendly waves and greetings from the locals. We got on extremely well and her warmth and humour, together with her genuine interest were infectious. I could tell she truly cared and would help and guide me through the process.She instinctively knew just what I was looking for and suggested she show me a property she had in mind the next day. The house took my breath away - it was perfect. Ioanna put in my offer and later that very day, she rang me with the great news. From that moment, she and the amazing team at Roula Rouva, carried me through the purchase process. With seemingly effortless efficiency, the legal work was underway and all the while thetransactions were translated into English with an interpreter on hand to reassure me.At the beginning of February, Ioanna and I took the little ferry to Paxos to complete the contract with the vendors at the Notarys office in Gaios.Purchasing a property abroad can be a daunting process, but not when you have Ioanna and Roula Rouva by your side all the way. During the summer of 2019, when we were in Corfu for our annual vacation, we made the decision of buying a property on this beautiful island. We have been spending our summer family vacations in Corfu for the past several years and thought it would be wise investment.I sent an email to the offices of Roula-Rouva in Corfu and was contacted by their office in a matter of few hours, offering an appointment at their offices. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and very welcoming manner by the receptionist and were immediately directed to the office of Ms. Anna Moraiti.
