Having used Roula Rouva and their excellent agent (and incidentally, now a real
friend) Ioanna Aroni several years ago to sell a property of ours in Paxos, there was no
hesitation at all in using them as the Real Estate Agent to sell our house in Longos. They are,
in our opinion, simply the best. In over fifty years of using many different Real Estate
Agents in different parts of the world, we have only ever found one that comes up to the
high standard of Roula Rouva.
Ioanna seamlessly handled all aspects of the sale in our absence: Notaries, lawyers,
bank, tax etc. etc. and all the complexities associated with the sale. Nothing was too much
trouble. This was of enormous help and relief to us in the time of the pandemic and the
travel restrictions.
A more totally reliable, kind and helpful agent it would be hard to find.
