The accommodation complex, located in Peroulades, is very close to the famous sunset tavernas and restaurants at Loggas Beach. Just on the outskirts of Sidari, the complex is within walking distance of all of the holiday amenities and beaches that the popular holiday resort of Sidari has to offer.
The complex features self-catering studio apartments - all with kitchenettes. All the air-conditioned apartments are on the first floor, have balconies and access to a private garden area to the rear.
The complex consists of six 1 bedroom apartments and one 2 bedroom apartment - one of which requires renovation as it was previously planned to change this area for use as a reception.
There is ample parking to the front of the complex.
Permission was previously granted to add a second floor so there could be opportunity to expand the accommodation.
Corfu Town and the airport are (approx) 36km away.
