The beautiful sandy beach of Agios Georgios is just a 10 minute drive away and the bus stop to northwest Corfu villages (Arillas, Sidari, Agios Stefanos, Agios Georgios) is right under the house
The house was built more than 50 years ago and is in need of some renovation. You could either use the downstairs as a shop and live in the upstairs, or it could be converted into a spacious, two-floor house. Lots of potential here!
