Since we just wanted to move as soon as possible, we decided to use the program “Golden Visa”, for this it was necessary to invest in real estate in a total amount of 250 000 euro.
Therefore, Natalia found for us a great option for a villa, not far from our plot, so we could reach the total amount that would grant us the Golden Visa, and finally we could apply for a residence permit very soon. The second deal was even easier and also online.
The next step was a visit to Greece to get a temporary residence permit, Roula Rouva real estate agency made this an easy and stress free procedure as the documents were submitted by the company and we received our certificates.
Now we are here!
Natalia met us at the airport on Easter Day and showed us all our properties and she also prepared the villa for our arrival. When we saw it, everything was much better even than on the video call!
Therefore, now we are equipping our new home and already welcoming our new russian, greek and english friends.
The construction of our dream house on our plot has already been organized by Roula Rouva Real Estate, so we are calm for the deadline and for the quality!
We were accepted as a family! Helped to get used to Corfu life! For this we are grateful with all our Soul! Now Corfu is our home!
