Hi Andy, Roula and all at Roula Rouva Real Estate,

So, we are now house owners on Corfu for real! And we want to say a massive thank you to Andy Marshall.

From the very start, we knew it was going to be OK as Andy really took the time and trouble to get to know us and what we were looking for. I’m sure we took up far too much of your time, over a few visits to the island, Andy, but it was worth it for us as ‘our’ house became the obvious choice from all the properties you took us round. We really appreciated that we were never pressured, always welcomed and encouraged and, when there were parts of the negotiation and buying process we wanted to do ‘our way’, you accommodated that too. It didn’t stop there, though.

The really impressive part for those of us who have dealt with Estate Agents in England came after the sale was completed. We were back in England at the time and Andy kept in touch with us, made sure the house was secure and looked after the keys. There were even a few jobs which needed to be done and he arranged those on our behalf before we could return. A job well done!

We won’t hesitate to recommend you to other people who are considering buying on Corfu.
