My wife Karen and I met Andy last June having selected a number of properties to view from Roula Rouva website.

He recommended that we view an additional property which he thought would meet our requirements . He was absolutely right ! Andy assisted us in the process of negotiating the price. We entered into an agreement that month to buy and completed the purchase in September.

It is always stressful buying a house. As neither Karen or I speak Greek it would have been a daunting experience without the considerable help Andy provide during this period.

He advised us exactly what documents etc we would need and introduced us to our fantastic lawyer Georgia.

Andy has always been available 24/7 to assist with each and every query we have had and Georgia and he made the purchase process very easy and stress free.

That support didn’t stop when we completed the purchase. He has continued to help us in so many different ways , such as dealing with utilities , sorting out a new phone line , introducing a local builder to install a new patio and supervise that work, arrange for the installation of security lights , assist us transporting household effects from the uk, and keep an eye on the house over the winter. Karen and I don’t think we could have managed without his assistance and it is a great comfort to know that he is always on the end of a telephone line and happy to assist us with any matter relating to the house , however big or small.
