First of all, I would like to thank you and your colleague Andy for the very well prepared and nicely done trip to see the houses. From all meetings the one with you has been the most professional, your colleague Andy is extremely well informed and presents the houses and their surrounding in a way that one feels homely. I would have liked very much to take a house from him and you.

I was so impressed by your performance that I have already recommended your address to the real estate department of our newspaper, when I am writing my column on Corfu during this year I would like at some point to mention you, too.
