For me, this is a dream come true! Six months ago I decided to buy an apartment in Greece and apply for a Golden Visa, but knew very little about the desired location and the Golden Visa program requirements and opportunities. Thanks to Natalia from Roula Rouva Real Estate, I figured out what I was looking for and chose two apartments: the first one for living and the second one for rent. Now, I am preparing my first trip to Corfu as a proud owner of my  properties!

Natalia and her colleagues also helped me with all the documents needed to apply for the Golden Visa and even managed to make me an appointment in the Consulate General in Moscow, which is not easy if you do it yourself.
