I would love to thank Natalia for being my Guardian Angel on Corfu!

For many years I had a dream, I really wanted to live near the sea. One day, in 2016, I came to Corfu for my birthday. This trip was a gift to my daughter. I arrived and immediately I fell in love with this island.

Falling in love at first sight with magic old streets, amazing seas, beautiful beaches with crystal water, traditional Corfu food which people cook with love in their taverns. The products are all organic, natural and delicious. The atmosphere of the island is healing. For me it was very important that here is Agios Spyridon, his imperishable relics are in the church with the same name in the Old Corfu town. That’s why here everyone dreams always come true 

Before the pandemic I had come to Corfu for holiday every year from Ukraine. And I really wanted to own real estate here. And when I completed the deal with the sale of real estate in my country, I realized that I could not buy anything because in Ukraine there was a lockdown.

I was looking for a solution, asked my friends and they recommended to me Natalia Tsiro Rouva. I spoke to her and felt that I could trust her to buy the house of my dreams. I dived without hesitation into the process of acquiring real estate. Everything happened at the highest level. We have done online property views. Natalia is very competent in many questions – there was a qualified answer to all my questions. I sent a deposit; Natalia found for me my lawyer and my accountant in Greece. Anyway, everything happened very quickly and I am now finishing the renovation in my old Venetian house, which is under the protection of UNESCO.

And I live happily in Corfu 🙂  because of my « angel » Natalia, thanks a lot!
