In the picturesque village of Chlomos, in the South part of Corfu, we have this (approx.) 80sq.m. two storey house with an attic.
As we enter the main door, we have an open plan living room/kitchen and a bathroom. A metal staircase takes us to the first floor where we have a spacious bedroom. A wooden staircase takes us to the attic which can be converted into one more bedroom or used as a storage area.
The house needs renovation and can be converted into a large traditional semi-detached house, situated in the center of the village.
The village of Chlomos is located on the east side of the Morovigli mountain at an altitude of (approx.) 300m, rightfully earned its name of “Balcony of Corfu”. Its main characteristic is the Venetian architecture and the harmonious colors of the houses which distinguish it from the other villages of the island.
Boukari with its fish tavernas and beaches is (approx.) 3km away. The famous sandy beach of Issos with its unique sand dunes is (approx.) 5km away.
The port of Lefkimmi is (approx.) 15km away while Corfu town and the airport are in a distance of (approx.) 23km.
